About Grand’s Best Friend
Grand’s Best Friend is a compassionate service company dedicated to improving the lives of seniors, disabled adults, and their loved ones through reliable services, helpful resources, and uplifting products. Our mission is to make retirement and everyday living more enjoyable, connected, and stress-free.
We primarily serve elderly and disabled adults across the United States, as well as their caregivers and families. We also offer educational content for all ages to promote health literacy, technology use, and independence.
We offer companion care, homemaker services, advocacy, te/ch support, notary services, and insurance enrollment (life, health, and Medicare beginning in 2026). We also produce educational videos and sell uplifting merchandise.
Both! Many of our services, like advocacy, insurance enrollment, and tech support, can be provided virtually nationwide. Companion care and homemaker services are offered locally.
You can schedule online through our booking link, call our office line, or email us directly.
While we’re not an emergency service, we do offer urgent support for certain needs. For medical or life-threatening situations, please call 911.
We help clients with ACA Marketplace health plans, life insurance, and, starting in 2026, Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans. We represent multiple carriers to match you with the best fit.
No, our enrollment services are free — insurance companies pay us directly, so you don’t have to.
Friendly conversation, games, walks, outings, light meal prep, reading assistance, and help staying connected with friends and family.

We are non-medical. While we can assist with reminders for medications and health appointments, we do not perform medical tasks.
Yes! We sell shirts, gifts, and other items that celebrate seniors, family, and friendship. We also create seasonal collections for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Best Friends Day, and Grandparents Day.
